This weekend was full of new faves and craves
This is like the best thing ever!
For me, good coffee is such a treat and 'pick me up'
I do claim to be a 'coffee drinker' but I can't go black.
This is lightly sweetened, but I still had to add a tad of french vanilla creamer.
Just add the packet of coffee to ice water,
delish!
my new crave is guacamole
and you gotta have the tortilla strips.
good thing I got 100 calorie pouches of guac
(and realized later they were still 10 grams of fat)
cause I can't stop eating till it's gone
the other night I was stumped as to what to make for dinner
so I baked some chicken tenderloins
(seasoned with my southwestern seasoning...recipe in previous blog)
added a jar of Ragu,
fettuccine noodles and a can of diced tomatoes (drained)
and it was fantastic!
If I make it again I will use the exact flavors pictured below,
everything was perfect.

I'm all about simple and fast
ok, I know this isn't so appetizing to go from food to toilet,
but this is a fav from the weekend.
I don't know what our deal is,
but we go through toilet seats way too often,
several a year.
It's not like we are huge people, so what's the deal?
