The first day of spring is one thing,
and the first spring day is another.
The difference between them
is sometimes as great as a month.
~Henry Van Dyke
Oh the beauty of Spring
everything in our yard is blooming.
I can't wait for luscious green grass
and green leaved trees.
I'm ready for t-shirts and shorts
the beach and barbeque's.
I'm longing for sun kissed cheeks
and sandals
