Beautiful Miss A

such a beautiful little girl!

When booking a session, people always wonder how much time is needed.

and it's always hard to say, we can get a lot of photo's taken, in a short amount of time,

...if everyone is cooperating :)

This session lasted 30 minutes...and I think her momma will have more photo's 

than she'll know what to do with!

 and if time allows, we can always go out in my backyard to get a few out-doorsy shots,

who cares if the yard is in need of a mow, you'd never know!

variety is so fun

Twin Boys

those that know me, know how much I LOVE twins...and feel that one day I will be blessed with my own set of twins...as crazy as that sounds. So when these little boys came into the studio, I immediately fell in love.

I had a hard time keeping track of "who-is-who" so we tried to keep them placed the same, in each photo.

oh they just melt my heart, they are so perfect!

I loved the adorable hat's that they came with, made by Grandma

we switched these boys around a few times, and I lost track of who was who...

Congratulations Mom & Dad, they are beautiful!

I can't wait to photograph them again!

their first baby

it was such a joy to photograph this 3 week old baby boy.  

It seems like just yesterday I photographed his mom & dad getting married

I enjoy every photo-session I do,

but  it's always extra-extra special to work with the same family

again and again

because that means I'm doing something right!

I love these baby cocoons...and I want more!

too bad I don't know how to knit, otherwise I'd knit myself up a few different colors.  

This baby's momma made the one on the right (black and gray) 

and after our session said I could keep it, yay!...thank you!

seriously, every time I'm putting together a blog post, I want to go on and on, 

how this was the best photo-session ever...

I guess it just goes to show that I don't really have favorites.  

Whatever I'm photographing at the moment, IS my favorite.  

And whatever I'm photographing at the moment 

gets all my love and attention, because photography is my passion.

Routine

My baby boy is 5 weeks old now, and we are developing somewhat of a routine.

Slowly but surly I'm hoping to get back into the swing of things, 

with my photography business.

Bare with me, as I've decided to limit the sessions I book, 

as I try to juggle the five little kiddos I've been so blessed with.

no smiles then, but today he officially smiled for me!

He's been smiling for daddy, for some time now.

Daddy has gotten all the baby's to smile way before Mom has.

I've snuck a few photo sessions in, just recently. 

But for the most part, I've been enjoying my maternity leave, 

snuggling with this little guy, and having endless hours with my family.

Wow, what a miracle!

Baby Love

oooh, I've been in my glory!

I've had a few baby session's lately, and just love to snuggle them up!

11 weeks until I have my own little one to snuggle all day long,

I can't wait!

3 year old Twins

I LOVE twins! My entire life I've always known that I will have a set. 

My paternal Grandmother had several sets. 

My father is a twin, and it skips a generation, 

meaning that I'm bound to have them, right?

well, I'll keep on praying.

These 3 year old twins were FULL of ENERGY

and as cute as can be!
